Growing Portfolio and Rapid Expansion into New Markets Prompts Name Change
With an expanding roster of spirits now in its portfolio, LiDestri Spirits has announced a name change to ROC HOUSE BRANDS. The company will officially introduce the new name at this year's Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of America (WSWA) Annual Convention May 1-3.


According to Joe Ragazzo, Vice President of Sales for ROC HOUSE BRANDS, the new name better reflects an east coast company that is rapidly becoming a national player. "We're adding distributors and sales personnel in new markets throughout the country," said Ragazzo. "We might be relatively new onto the spirits scene, but our exciting brand portfolio and industry experienced managers have positioned us for growth and expansion into national markets." Ragazzo, a 35-year spirits industry veteran including 30 years at Brown Forman, joined the company in July 2015.


ROC HOUSE BRANDS will remain a subsidiary of LiDestri Food & Drink. The new name pays homage to LiDestri's birthplace and headquarters, Rochester, NY. "We're proud of our Rochester roots and will continue to embody our parent company's core values: Act with grit, Be creative, Make an impact, and Do the right thing," Ragazzo added.
